Shortly after the wedding Joe and I got iPhones and my world has been different ever since. Mainly because of the app called Lose It. Imagine having a little man in your pocket asking, "What did you have for breakfast? What did you just eat" and you answering him each time. When you answerd he put the calories up on the screen, kept count of all of them, then told you when you had reached your limit for the day. It is so amazing it even knows the calories for all types of physical activities..even nookie! I love this freaking thing. I am currently at 2.9 lbs lost and I look forward to September 12th when it says I will reach my goal as long as I stick to the plan. 1,611 calories a day and a bit of exercise.
